Job Purpose

Perform the Project Management role

• Manage Technical Components of moderately complex Projects
• Understand the scope, requirements and use cases and manage upstream/downstream dependencies and scope changes
• Work with Operations, Business and other stake holders to be able successfully deliver the scope
• Manage Project Risks and Dependencies effectively
• Take feedback from each phase and improve next phases, Share best practices with other teams

Stake holder Management

• Communication – ensure relevant stakeholders are proactively kept informed about the progress, issues that concern them throughout the project duration
• Facilitate collaboration discussions across teams
• Manage Senior Stake holders and communicate effectively and professionally

Domain Knowledge

• Familiar with data flow through different applications in a large organisation
• Knowledge of Custody business or back office settlement area is a must

• Work experience in a large bank would be an added advantage

What are we doing

Provide Application enhancements to 16 countries in APAC region in the Custody domain

• Enhancements would relate to regulatory, market mandatory, client requirement, operational efficiency or technology mandatory
• The team manages the complete SDLC from requirements to delivering to production
• Enhance global and regional applications
• Manage and deploy Custody Core banking application
• Act as a Trusted Partner to Business and Operations

What are we expecting from you

• Business knowledge of Custody – both Global and Sub Custody (or) Back Office settlements knowledge
• Able to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background
• Ability to work with diverse parts of the organisation
• Ability to efficiently plan and organize own workload
• Strong Project management skills / experience
• Unquestionable ethics, personal integrity, an understanding of implications of decisions and client confidentiality
• Being a great problem solver and can propose suitable solutions
• Clarify and able to engage with business and operations and document the functional flow of various processes
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) at all organizational levels
• Experience of Citi processes will be extremely valuable; software development lifecycle management, change management, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
