APAC Head of Technology Permanent

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of AWS, APIs and system/software integrations with 10-15 years’ of relevant tech experience working for a bank OR with a bank
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with c-suite executives, incl. CTOs/CIOs, understanding their business challenges and providing solutions whilst supporting the pre-sales team from a tech perspective
• Ability to architect and design an end-to-end full-stack solution (incl. choosing vendor partners) and mentor, coach and oversea the tech team during deployment
• Proven ability to build and lead successful tech teams
• Doesn’t need to be “hands on” but needs to be technically very strong and able to do code reviews and dive into the details at any given time!
