This newly created role is part of the ongoing Talent Acquisition (TA) transformation and optimisation in Asia Pacific which includes the build out of an executive search recruitment function to more effectively facilitate the success of Citi’s talent strategy. You will share coverage of the responsibility for managing the identification, assessment and acquisition of executive talent for the Institutional Client Group (ICG) across Asia Pacific at Citi. The ICG portfolio of businesses includes Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Advisory, Global Markets, Security Services, Commercial Banking and Transaction Banking.
The successful candidate will help shape how this new team manages the identification, assessment and acquisition of internal and external executive talent across the Asia Pacific franchise. The role is a combination of high touch senior stakeholder management, direct execution of executive recruitment mandates, and support for the development of a new in-house direct sourcing & intelligence team. Based in Hong Kong the role reports to the Regional TA Lead for Specialist & Executive, Asia Pacific.
Knowledge / Experience:
Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
