Purpose of the Role
As the world around us changes at an ever-increasing pace, the ability of DBS to test and learn at scale is an essential ingredient to our continued success. We need to develop skills in rapid experimentation, agile software development, adaptive business management and most importantly agile leadership. The agile lead will head the community that drives this continual improvement.
