This team support position will require a highly motivated and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. Our fast paced environment will allow you to utilise your experience by providing a high level of support to the team. Working closely with the Director of Operations, your duties will include invoicing, meeting arrangements, formatting of resumes, marketing and basic accounting activities as well as any other ad hoc administration duties.
You will maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion while liaising across teams. To be successful in this role you need to be a self-starter with independent judgement advanced IT skills, particularly in using MS Office and excel. Individuals who are able to work in a fast paced environment and who is proactive in your approach to work will be able to excel in this position. Being resourceful with online research and email communication skills will be most advantageous to you.
