The Account Manager ensures that our customers understand, internalize and experience the value of our product or service throughout the duration of their journey with Moody’s Analytics.
We are seeking a motivated and energetic account manager who is responsible for managing long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. They work closely with clients by walking them through the use of our product and address any concerns or issues they might experience.
By serving as advocates for clients, educating them on products, and maintaining lasting relationships, the account manager indirectly helps maintain an organization’s bottom line.
At a minimum, the role would include working closely with the sales team to smoothly transfer ownership of a prospect who’s become a customer, and with the support team to ensure that problems are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction as quickly as possible.
You would also need to liaise with other teams, such as marketing (to co-ordinate on events, promotional materials, case studies or other customer-focused collateral).
